The Historic Suite Complex in Lodz includes the following three parts:
It offers studios and suites in the style of the workers’ tenement house of Lodz. The studios and suites are located in two parts of the building with separate entrances directly from the yard. The dominating part of the buildings displays raw red brick. The access to the rooms is through a wooden historical staircase which remembers the days of when the 19th century buildings were being constructed. All the studios and suites at Good Time Aparthotel have an equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower or tub, 32-inch TV screen, Wi-Fi, wardrobes, drawers and niches, table and chairs, beds, and widows with a view to the interior yard. The rooms are located on floors I to IV.

The studios and suites are located in the front tenement house whose entrance is inside the gate passage. Wide and bright marble staircase takes guests to floors I-III. The studios and suites have the feel of the old Lodz full of palaces, residences and mansions. This is why, the room interiors have original photo wallpapers with the photographs of the fronts of richly decorated tenement houses of Lodz.

Cozy vintage-style studios located in the attic of a Lodz tenement house in the back part of the yard. Comfy studios have partially slanted ceilings and visible wooden beams, which gives the interior a unique atmosphere. The interiors feature original wallpapers on which we can see prints from Lodz newspapers from the 19th and 20th century archives.
The rooms are modernly furnished and equipped in a minimalistic yet comfortable style.

The Historic Suite Complex in Lodz also provides conference services.
Conference rooms are located on the ground floor of the building and have two entrances – the interior entrance from the lobby and an external entrance from the yard. They provide the necessary equipment, such as projectors, multimedia screen, dry-erase flipchart and paper flipchart with markers, and notebook sets for the participants.
