Sport Arena in Łódź is the youngest facility of the MAKiS. The modern hall is adapted to volleyball, basketball and handball games. It is „home” for the Polish champions - ŁKS Commercecon Łódź and the vice-champions - Grot Budowlani Łódź.
The Sport Arena has more than three thousand spectators seats. At the SA can also organize entertainment events, such as concerts. Then there may be an additional thousand seats on the pitch. The total capacity of the hall is 4359 people.
The patron of the Sport Arena in Łódź is Józef "Ziuna" Żyliński, the most colorful figure in the history of Lodz basketball. An excellent player, a great coach and educator, and an effective activist.
