Spectacular mappings, intriguing installations and fascinating light stories – this Autumn for the thirteenth time Light.Move.Festival is going to frame tenement houses, parks and streets of Łódź with colours. In the spite of thirteen, this year’s programme was titled “Searching for happiness” and this is the route that crowds of kinetic light art lovers from the entire country are going to follow to discover beauty of Łódź.
Light.Move.Festival. for years has been considered one of the most important events of that kind in Europe. Every year it attracts connoisseurs of luminous magic from the entire country. Every year audience can admire the works of recognized creators and debutants that are excellent at building atmosphere using light to highlighting the city’s beauty – main character of the festival. Thanks to big-format projections, animations, space installations and performative projects in the span of three days festival transforms impressive Łódź buildings into artworks, while squares and parks into galleries of kinetic light art.
