BOOK&COOK is an extraordinary idea of a group of friends, which stemmed out from the mutual passion for cooking and the need to meet in a warm casual atmosphere. It’s a project that combines professional approach to cooking, modern style, and homely atmosphere filling the brick lofts of the historical tenement house of Franciszek Ramisch. Workshop participants will be able to cook independently using highest quality food products, with the support of professional chefs. Every participant will be treated to a snack and a glass of wine or another beverage, and will receive a cooking apron for the duration of classes. As a souvenir of the workshop, participants will receive our exceptional notebook which can be filled with recipes of food prepared during workshops.
