For the duration of the TamTu urban game, each team gets a tablet with original software. The screen displays the plan of the city/area where some spots have been marked. When they are reached, questions are displayed. The team must determine a strategy regarding the tasks they will undertake to win. The tasks have different points and different degrees of difficulty assigned and the team only has a limited amount of time to complete them. They can choose from among test, open, and photographic tasks (the answer is a photo taken with the tablet) as well as the special task (Segway ride, tasting slackline, code-breaking, or flying a drone).
A total of 400 participants divided into 10-member teams can take part in the game at the same time. The tasks the participants must complete require the collaboration of all the team members, which fosters integration and develops cooperation skills. Through fun, apart from a non-standard way of getting to know the city/area, the teams raise their skills in in the area of strategic thinking, quick decision-making, and joint determination of priorities. During the game, natural team leaders, people with good sense of direction, multitaskers, and the detailed-oriented are revealed in the process.
