Art_Inkubator at the Art Factory is the modernized part of the 19th century complex of red brick factories of Księży Młyn in the center of Lodz. The idea of renovating the old textile warehouses was based on the maximum preservation of their original elements. Thank to this, modern interiors coexist with over hundred-year old floors, cast iron poles, and original windows. The heart of the complex is the glass-walled yard between the two buildings. The nearly seven-thousand-square-meter area features conference rooms, exhibition spaces, café, business meeting rooms, and a concert and theater hall. The distance to the airport and the Łódź Fabryczna Railway Station is 15 minutes by car. The bus stop from which it’s a direct ride to the center of the city is a 2-minute walk away.
