The Delight restaurant was awarded with local prestigious Hermes statuette already in its second year of operation, and a few years later it was twice awarded with two caps in the Gault & Millau guide.
What distinguishes the Delight restaurant is the combination of amazing culinary and aesthetic experiences and the original regional cuisine of the chef Mirosław Jabłoński. The restaurant's hallmark is respect for local tradition, the menu is based only on natural products.
The restaurant's menu is not long, as all dishes are prepared from the scratch. The dishes are an original variation on the traditional Lodz cuisine. You can clearly see the influences of four cultures with which the city's past was connected - German, Russian, Jewish and, of course, Polish. Vegetarian cuisine is also the chef's latest fascination.
The design of hte restaurans in also very unique. Its interiors are a perfect combination of modern design with historic elements and contemporary art. The restaurant is located in the four-star Vienna House Andel's Łódź hotel.
