Projekt Art_Inkubator skupia przedstawicieli branż kreatywnych, tworząc przestrzeń, w której kultura i biznes przenikają się nawzajem - są tu pracownie, studia projektowe, agencje multimedialne, a nawet wytwórnie filmowe. To codzienność Fabryki, ale jej mury bardzo często tętnią od fascynujących wydarzeń.
Jednym z nich jest szeroko znany Łódź Design Festival - największy w tej części Europy przegląd najnowszych trendów we wzornictwie. Oprócz tego Fotofestiwal - miejsce ożywionej dyskusji o sztuce i społeczeństwie za pośrednictwem zdjęć, a także festiwal muzyczny LDZ Alternatywa, razem z cyklem koncertów "...przepraszamy, że w czwartek".
Opróćz tego w Fabryce działa Teatr Chorea - przestrzeń nowoczesnych działań teatralnych, angażujących muzykę, ruch i sztukę. Ten interdyscyplinarny projekt odpowiedzialny jest między innymi za organizację festiwalu Retroperspektywy.
Located on the premises of former Karl Scheibler buildings complex, The Art Factory is a house of many initiatives worth getting familiar with.
The Art_Inkubator project is gathering the representatives of creative branches, creating space in which art and business interpenetrate with each other - we can find workshops, design studios, multimedia agencies and even some film producers in here. It's the Factory's daily routine, but its walls are often beating with fascinating events.
Among them there's widely recognised Łódź Design Festival - the biggest design trends review in this part of Europe. There's also Fotofestiwal - a place of elivened debates about art and society as represented in photography, and LDZ Alternatywa music festival with its cyclic gigs called "...sorry for doing it on Thursday".
Besides all that, Teatr Chorea is also working in the Factory: it's a place of modern theatrical activities that engage music, movement and art. The interdisciplinary project is, among other things, responsible for organisation of Retrospektywy theatre festiwal.
